TWEETS FOR TWO $1000 SHELTER DONATIONS

Watch the 2011 Petties Award Ceremony on Friday, August 26th, 2011 to find out who the best pet bloggers are.  You can congratulate your favorite bloggers via Twitter using the hashtag #petties.

The two best Tweets will each receive a $1,000 donation to a non-profit shelter of their choice.  To be eligible the Tweets must happen between 5pm EST and 8pm EST on August 26th.

TUNE IN TO WIN $10,000 FOR RESCUE!

THAT’S NO TYPO. THAT’S TEN THOUSAND!

To be eligible, install DogTime’s adoptable iframe* between August 26th and October 31st on your website or blog. (Email Christina at Dogtime.com for the code.) You can see an example of what it offers on our Rescue and Adoptable Pet page.

The iframe is DogTime’s national data feed of adoptable dogs and cats — the only list developed for and used by the ASPCA. It’s completely free, requires a mere four lines of provided code, and does not drive traffic away from your site. It just allows your readers, if they like, to browse adoptable dogs and/or cats. (If you’re a rescue, you can list your pets there too!)

Not only will you be helping homeless dogs and cats, you’ll automatically be entered into a random drawing to win $10,000 for your favorite non-profit shelter or rescue — winner selected November 1. Already have the iframe on your site? You’re already eligible!
