You’re My Hero

A dog who works with law enforcement, sniffs out bombs, or rescues victims is a hero. And so is a devoted family pet. And so is your dog. Now is your chance to let everyone know…and help shelter pets, too.

You’re My Hero® books, a series co-founded by Barry Spilchuck, Sarah Freeman & Sasha Marusich, is looking to gather stories from everyday people about their everyday hero dogs. Let the world hear your voice about your dog’s kindness, joy, bravery, forgiveness, friendship, loyalty, sacrifice and unconditional love. The book is being published to help aid The Shelter Project, to assist thousands of canine shelters and rescues across the United States with supplies, food, veterinary care, transportation needs and adoption events to give hope to these dogs in need of safe forever homes.
